Launching 21 Club … Women in Blockchain

The number twenty one holds significance for many and traditionally is seen as the pivotal age milestone — at 21 you get the key to the door and begin your life as an adult. Well, here at Blockleaders.io we are partnering with Bridget Greenwood of the The Bigger Pie to produce our own coming of age special — where the Blockchain Industry grows up and we get equal representation of both men and women in the sector.

Female representation is currently hovering around the 10% figure — and it’s vital it becomes more. So this is one way of highlighting some of the interesting and powerful female leaders in this space under the Women to Watch series The Bigger Pie is launching.

And it’s not just the tech heads and the propeller heads — there are many careers in blockchain and we want to celebrate them all. We are going to nominate 21 women every quarter and then pick out a number to highlight along the way.
